Website and service terms
Last updated 20 September 2026. Customer subscription agreements take precedence over these general website terms where they conflict.
Authorized use
You may use the public website for business evaluation and the product only through an account authorized by your organization. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or access another customer’s information.
Technical responsibility
DyeLogic supports calculation and controlled workflow; it does not guarantee a shade or replace professional process judgment. Users remain responsible for validating reference data, recipes and production decisions for their plant conditions.
Intellectual property
DyeLogic software, branding and documentation belong to Nython GlobalTech Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Each customer retains its rights in the recipes, tables and operational data it supplies, subject to the customer agreement.
Availability and changes
We may improve the website and service while preserving contractual commitments. Planned support, service levels, data retention and liability terms are governed by the applicable subscription agreement.
